Marc Beaudoin

Director/Operator

As the owner and operator, Marc brings over 25 years of experience in the commercial and industrial construction industry. As a hands-on leader, he proudly manages day-to-day operations while still spending time on site to ensure every project is completed with care, precision, and quality workmanship.

As a family-owned business, he takes pride in delivering honest work, dependable service, and results built to last

Shane Beaudoin

Supervisor/Lead Hand (Son)

Shane, Marc’s oldest son, is Beau-Bros’ acting supervisor and lead hand. With over 6 years of experience and formal training through Humber College’s Industrial Woodworking Technician program, Shane brings strong leadership and craftsmanship to every project.

He specializes in cabinetry and furniture making, and also has over 2 years of experience in custom stair manufacturing and installation. Shane’s true passion is fine finish carpentry and trim, where his attention to detail consistently exceeds client expectations.

Curtis Beaudoin

Fine Finisher (Son)

Curtis, Marc’s youngest son, plays a hands-on role at Beau-Bros and is involved in a little bit of everything. With 8 years of experience, Curtis is working toward becoming a highly skilled finisher in the construction trade. He enjoys expanding his knowledge across all areas of the job, from installing a wide range of products and materials to the final details of paint and trim. Curtis brings great energy to the team, helping ensure every project is completed with care and attention to detail.

Chelsea Beaudoin

Designer/ Admin/ Project Coordinator (Daughter)

Chelsea, Marc’s youngest daughter, is the interior designer and decorator at Beau Bros Homes Construction. With over 10 years of experience and a diploma from Georgian College (Class of 2014), she brings creativity, professionalism, and a strong eye for detail to every project. Chelsea is passionate about designing functional and beautiful spaces from the initial concept through to final completion. She specializes in kitchen and bathroom design, and is known for her upbeat personality and ability to connect with clients and understand their unique style. With a focus on detail and client satisfaction, Chelsea ensures every vision is brought to life with care and precision.
